Personajele cheie ale afacerii referitoare la offshore ul din Insulele Virgine Britanice, Simber Industries, infiintat de Mossack Fonseca si care a apelat la serviciile juridice ale Casei de Avocatura Biris-Goran intr-un proces de insolventa din Romania, au stranse legaturi cu fosta Security, dar si cu familia lui Traian Basescu. A fost prezentat in cadrul emisiunii Exces de putere de la Antena 3, numele celor doi reprezentanti ai acestei casute postale, considerata a fi una fantoma. Este vorba despre fostul ofiter DIE Ion Maticiuc, tatal beizadelei de Dorobanti Codin Maticiuc, zis si "Poponet", dar si de un afacerist roman, care domiciliaza in Elvetia, la Geneva, pe nume Florin Dima. Ambii sunt implicati intr-o retea ale carei tentacule se intind in companii ale unor fosti ofiteri de securitate ce au lucrat in anii '80, cu temutul terorist Carlos Sacalul. Insa, legaturile de dupa 1989 ale acestora sunt mult mai apropiate de regimul Traian Basescu si nu numai. Existenta doar in documentele Mossack Fonseca . Saptamana trecuta, "Jurnalul National" a dezvaluit modul in care o companie extrem de dubioasa, care si-a declarat sediul in Insulele Virgine Britanice si un birou in Elvetia, la Geneva, a apelat la serviciile Casei de Avocatura Biris-Goran, condusa pana in decembrie 2015 de actualul secretar de stat in Ministerul Finantelor Publice, Gabriel Biris, pentru a o reprezenta intr-un proces privind insolventa comapaniei romanesti Mark Prod Holz SRL, cu sediul in Targu Mures. Reprezentantul off shore ului in cauza, care ar fi semnat, din partea Simber Industries BVI LTD, contractul de asistenta juridica cu SCA Biris-Goran, este un anume Florin Dima, cetatean roman cu domiciliul la Geneva. Dima este un apropiat al mai multor ofiteri care au activat in fosta Directie de Informatii Externe. Simber Industries LTD, firma despre care intr-o incheiere a judecatorului sindic de la Tribunalul Special Mures, se arata ca nu poate face dovada capacitatii de exercitiu pentru a putea fi admisa cu pretentii la masa credala a firmei din Tg Mures, este legatura directa a lui Florin Dima cu fostul ofiter DIE, Ion Maticiuc, devenit, dupa Revolutie, (as adauga eu, dupa caderea lui Ceausescu pe care el a regizat-o si a pus-o in practica, vanzandu-l pe ceausescu si intreaga Romanie, Sionistilor binecunoscuti -printre care si familia Rothschild- care au pus la cale asasinarea lui Ceausescu si asa zisa Revolutie unde au omorat o multime de oameni), deci, Ion Maticiuc devenit dupa revolutie un prosper om de afaceri (adica, dupa ce l-a ucis pe Ceausescu si a furat Romania si poporul roman si a pus mana, ilegal, pe Serviciile de Inteligenta Romane pe care le conduce si acum, la fel de ilegal), cu un fiu si mai 'celebru' pentru apetenta lui pentru cafenelele din zona Dorobanti si care face parte din anturajul Elenei Basescu. In actele mai vechi ale Marck Prod Holz SRL apare un contract comercial cu numarul 425 din data de 4 Iulie 2002, prin care compania din Targu Mures trebuia sa livreze catre offshore ul Simber Industries BVI LTD usi si ferestre, cu plata in avans a sumei de 100000 de euro. Un alt contract, semnat tot in 2002, prevedea ca Simber Industries BVI LTD a livrat catre SC Mark Prod Holz SRL diverse utilaje in valoare de 346.350 de euro. In ambele documente, Simber Industries LTD apare ca avandu-l drept reprezentant pe Ion Maticiuc. Este Ion Maticiuc, omul din umbra al acestei afaceri? Cu toate acestea, mai exista la dosar un protocol incheiat intre mark Prod Holz SRL si Simber Industries LTD, parafat in data de 10 februarie 2005, unde Ion Maticiuc apare din nou ca fiind reprezentantul offshore ului din Insulele Virgine Britanice. Din toate aceste documente, reiese, fara echivoc, legatura dintre Ion Maticiuc, partenerul acestuia, Florin Dima, compania fantoma Simber Industries LTD si Casa de avocatura a actualului secretar de stat din Ministerul Finantelor Publice, Gavriel Biris, pe de o parte, si pe de alta parte, legatura acestora cu fabrica de offshore-uri din scandalul "Panama Papers", Mossack Fonseca. De altfel, aceasta din urma este si singura entitate care atesta veridicitatea existentei, din punct de vedere legal, a Simber Industries, companie care a ridicat pretentii de 5,7 milioane de lei de la SC Mark Prod Holz SRL. Existenta care, insa, nu a putut fi confirmata si de documentele din baza de date a Oficiului Registrului Comertului din Geneva, Elvetia, sau de autoritatile omoloage din Insulele Virgine Britanice, acestea din urma, in ciuda numeroaselor solicitari facute in acest sens, necomunicand niciun fel de informatii in legatura cu existenta Simber Industries LTD.

De la Securitatea lui Ceausescu, in cercul lui Basescu

Ion Maticiuc despre care ANTENA 3 a dezvaluit ca a participat, in anul 2012, impreuna cu fiul sau Codin Maticiuc, la luxoasa nunta a uneia dintre fiicele fostului presedinte Basescu, este un vechi partener de afaceri al lui Florin Dima, personajul central al combinatiei Somber Industries LTD, Casa de avocatura a lui Gabriel Biris. cei doi sunt implicati in mai multe businessuri, atat in Romania, cat mai ales in strainatate, dar si acestea cu legaturi foarte interesante in Romania. Exista doi fosti colonei ai Securitatii, in legatura cu cele doua personaje din epopeea britanico-genovezo-romaneasca. colonelul in rezerva DIE, Constantin Ciobanu, suspectat ca ar fi fost implicat in atentatele de la Radio Europa Libera, alaturi de Carlos Jackal (Golden Wolf). Acesta este asociat cu colonelul in rezerva Filip Teodorescu , fost consilier al primului director al SRI (Serviciul Roman de Informatii), Virgil Magureanu. In anii '80, mai multe servicii secrete, printre care si CIA, l-au identificat pe Constantin Ciobanu ca protagonist al sabotajelor de la Radio Romania Libera, in timp ce activa ca diplomat acoperit la Ambasada Romaniei din Bonn. Presa a scris, in urma cu cativa ani, faptul ca Filip Teodorescu a intrat in afaceri ca membru in consiliul de administratie al SC Grivita SA, afacere preluata de Stefan Marginean care, la randul lui, a vandut-o mai departe catre SC Metropolis Real Estate Developer, controlata de ION MATICIUC.

Combinatii de energie, impreuna cu Pinalti, Gorghiu si Ursarescu

Lucian Badescu, impreuna cu Gheorge Stefan, zis Pinalti si, ulterior, cu fiul acestuia din urma, au controlat compania Green Energy, firma din care, la inceputurile ei, a facut parte si actualul co presedinte al PNL, Alina Gorghiu. In anul 2005, Gheorghe Stefan a intrat, prin intermediul fiului sau Gabriel, in afaceri private cu energie. Mai exact, mezinul a fost cooptat in actionariatul fostei societati Mec Media SRL, detinuta de un anume Marius Chirinoaga. Potrivit informatiilor furnizate de Oficiul National al Registrului Comertului, in cursul anului 2005, cand societatea si-a schimbat denumirea in SC Green Energy SRL, din structura actionariatului, alaturi de Gabriel Stefan, mai faceau parte alte patru persoane, fiecare cu cate un pachet de 20% din actiuni. Acestea sunt: Alina Gorghiu, Eduard marius Ciucu, Andrei Ursaresu si Alin Roman. In data de 30 septembrie 2005, Alina Gorghiu a cesionat actiunile catre un anume Alexandru Petrisor Dragoiu, parasind firma. Ultima notificare referitoare la SC Green Energy a avut loc in anul 2008, dupa un lung sir de schimbari ale actionariatului, timp in care au intrat si iesit din firma mai multi actionari. In prezent, compania este detinuta de Gabriel Stefan, Eduard Marius Ciucu si offshore ul cipriot Scucci Limited. In 2007, Green Energy SRL a intrat in structura actionariatului companiei SC Global Logistic Services SRL, alaturi de Lucian Badescu, Gabriel Stefan si un alt offshore cipriot, Altaria Research Limited. Ulterior, global Logistic Services a fost preluata cu totul de compania cipriota.

Legatura cu SOV (Sorin Ovidiu Vantu)

Revenind la compania ICE BLINK CONSULTING SRL, aceasta l-a avut drept administrator pe un anume Adrian Preda. Personajul are legatura cu Domenia Credit si Romexterra Bank, dar si cu Petromservice. Adrian Preda, administratorul firmei din care fac parte offshore-ul lui Florin Dima, pe de o parte, si Lucian Badescu, pe de alta parte, a ocupat o pozitie in cadrul Consiliului de administratie al Delta Asigurari, unde a fost coleg cu Bogdan Radu Negrutzi. Toata aceasta zona este aria de influenta a lui Sorin Ovidiu Vantu. Elocvent in acest sens este faptul ca Bogdan Petru Negruzzi a fost asociat in compania Global Video Media SRL, firma care a detinut actiuni la Realitatea Media SA.

Actele depuse la instanta, susceptibile de a fi false

Reamintim faptul ca Registrul Comertului din Geneva a infirmat, pentru administratorul judiciar al companiei muresene Mark Prod Holz SRL, existenta vreunui Birou al Simber Industries LTD, deschis in aceasta jurisdictie. Raspunsul primit pe e-mail, arata ca sucursala companiei Siber Industries LTD "nu este inscrisa in registrul acestei institutii", iar societatea "nu a avut inscrisa niciodata o sucursala la Geneva". Pentru clarificarea situatiei, s-au solicitat informatii inclusiv autoritatilor din Insulele Virgine Britanice, dar nu a fost primit niciun raspuns. Alte amanunte de-a dreptul scandaloase au reiesit din depozitiile depuse la dosarul cauzei de catre administratorul special al SC Mark Prod Holz SRL, GMTC Business Solutions SRL. Potrivit acesteia, SCPA Biris-Goran a prezentat in instanta contractul de asistenta juridica incheiat cu Simber Industries LTD in data de 20 Aprilie 2011, dar si un act aditional la acest contract datand 2 Martie 2012. Ambele documente sunt semnate din partea Simber Industries LTD de catre Florin Dima in calitate de director. "Procura prin care Florin Dima este imputernicit sa reprezinte aceasta firma este semnata in data de 2 februarie 2012, data ulterioara semnarii contractului de asistenta juridica. Procura insasi este semnata de catre Jaqueline Alexandru si Caren Wong, care, la acea data, nu aveau inca dreptul de reprezentant a Simber Industries SRL", arata administratorul special. Potrivit aceluiasi document, citat in incheierea sedintei de la Tribunalul Special Mures, se mai observa ca "stampila aplicata contractului si actului aditional (cu textul Simber Industries LTD BVI) ESTE DIFERITA de stampila aplicata pe procura."

Degeaba, numarati "mortii" din sondajele false pe care unii le fac, domnule David Rothschild! Cereti sa fie judecati, ei, criminalii umanitatii, asa cum le cer si eu! Toata lumea este libera sa traiasca cum vrea si sa isi expuna punctul de vedere; oricine poate sa critice pe oricine, doar pe mine, ei ma abuzeaza, ma ameninta si imi violeaza toate drepturile omenesti, fara niciun motiv!
